This Women’s History Month, we shared some big news! Luma Wealth is now Fairport Women, a community of Fairport Wealth. Together we have built an incredible community where wealth is about more than just money. We wish to grow that space so that even more women and their families can learn, connect, and celebrate.
We have long been a leader in helping women build their financial acumen and wealth. If you are unfamiliar with how or what we do to support women, we share 5 Ways we Work to Inspire Inclusion:
- recruiting, retaining and developing diverse talent – 50% of our team is women, 40% of our advisors are women!
- forging women’s economic empowerment through educational events like Solutions for Women and Pay, Perks and Parachutes
- creating space for women business owners to connect through Luminary Leaders and supporting women-owned businesses with our individual purchases
- donating our time and resources to causes that benefit women like the YWCA, Savvy Ladies and Women Business Collaborative
- supporting women and girls into leadership, decision-making, business and STEM through our summer internship with Laurel School
