Sara L. Miller

MANAGER OF HUMAN RESOURCES AND EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATION

As manager of human resources and executive administration, Sara Miller has led the formation and management of Fairport’s Human Resource function and manages the complexities of the administrative support for the leadership team to help ensure client focus and efficient operations. Sara holds the Professional in Human Resources^® (PHR^®) certification from HRCI and is a Society for Human Resource Management- Certified Professional (SHRM-CP^®).

Prior to joining the Fairport team, Sara held senior support positions and progressively responsible human resource roles within the real estate, construction and distribution industries.

Sara gives back to the community through volunteer efforts as a Disaster Cycle Services Response Team member with the American Red Cross and a shelter volunteer with Berea Animal Rescue.

She resides in Medina, Ohio, with her two children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, dancing and live music.
